Rapanui is an eco-fashion brand from the Isle of Wight that makes ethical and sustainable eco-friendly clothing from organic natural fabrics in a factory powered by renewable energy. Each garment is hand finished on the Isle of Wight to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Set up by Brothers Rob and Mart Drake-Knight in 2008 Rapanui was listed as one of the top 100 start-up companies and has quickly grown into an award winning brand earning recognition from Enterprise UK’s young Brit awards and winning the 2010 sustainable business awards. According to drapers magazine the brands focus on eco-textiles, ethical business and a commitment to personal customer service are the reasons behind their success.
Since launching their Wholesale and Bespoke lines, Rapanui has been contracted by household- brands like Ben and Jerry’s, charities and organisations like the Marine Conservation Society and the International Network on Offshore Renewable Energy. With a tailor-made service that means no brand is too small, or too large, to access their award-winning clothing.
