Nikki and Ben, two new and exciting faces at Rapanui
Getting the right mix of people involved at Rapanui has been a priority since day one, to keep us inspired and enthusiastic. Two such people are Ben South and Nikki Dinning and we're stoked to have grown enough this year to take them onboard.
Ben is a familiar face with Green Blog regulars; he is originally a Conservation Biologist but leads a ridiculously adventurous life kitesurfing, gig rowing and working on the electric car racing circuit! Since hearing about the brand, then in its infancy, he has continued to go out of his way to support and promote our message, often going out of pocket to do so. Ben's positivity created an army of followers and made it a no-brainer for us to offer him a role in retail & marketing.
Shortly afterwards the Isle of Wight County Press contacted us asking if we'd be willing to join forces and host the ultimate t-shirt design contest for its 100'000 readers. We obliged and out of the works came some stand-out designs not just for t-shirts, but for swing-tags, flyers, everything! Nikki takes an insanely pro-active approach to her design work, which blew us away and lead to a natural progression towards her new position leading the design team at Rapanui HQ.
So two new faces, informed, inspired and fired up. Nikki, Ben, Stoked.
