Urgh. Sitting in the office, square-eyed getting the new range ready... its tough work. Worth it though. It means we get to earn some dosh and plough it into the things we care about. Whilst we do give 5% of profit to charity, we feel that funding some hands-on work of our own is a more efficient way to give something back to the planet. Weve got two guys on our team who do exactly that; conservation biologist Ben South and another guy, Joe "cool man" Coleman. They are out there doing great stuff for Rapanui, investing some of our hard-earned profits in hands-on conservation projects all over the planet. This is joe and his colleagues working on a habitat restoration project in Fiji. And that's the problem. Fiji. Glorious sunshine. Crystal clear waters. Hospitality. Some awesome nature. Oh, and pumping surf. We are all positively jealous. Still, conservation is an important job and we've got to keep him out there to finish up. We'll just have to send him to Siberia next time...
