By credit & debit cards: You do not need a paypal account to order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding Solo and Electron).
Why paypal?
We chose paypal as our primary online payment system because of its industry-leading security and reliability.
Paypal is a proven and trusted method of transferring money; it has an industry-leading loss rate and patent-pending fraud-detecting and encryption security.
Do i need a Paypal Account?
No, You DO NOT need a paypal acount to order.
When paying for your goods you should be offered the choice; to either pay by card or log onto paypal.
If you cannot see options to enter your card details, it may be due to your browser settings; Look for the small blue link that reads
"dont have a paypal account OR click to pay by card ?"click this, and proceed as normal;
Enter your card details and let our encrypted secure payment system process the transaction safely.
Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.
Voucher
To redeem the value of a gift voucher, call us on 01983 401982, or refer to the instructions included with your voucher. Your voucher can be used to contribute towards a larger balance, or we will issue you with a voucher for the balance of the change (unless the value is under £5, when we will give you a cheque)
Delivery
Our aim is to deliver your order within 10 working days from despatch. Most orders are delivered within 7 days, but please allow 10-14 working days before chasing your goods and up to 28 days for any items that are out of stock when you order. Rapanui Clothing also delivers to Channel Islands, BFPO and overseas – for delivery to these areas please allow the full 28 days. We know you expect fast delivery and we are constantly working to improve our targets.
Delivery Charges
Rapanui Clothing charges a standard £3.50 for all orders. This means you only pay one delivery charge if you order single items, or multiple items. If we send your order in separate parcels you will still only pay one delivery charge.
Prices
All prices are correct at time of production. We reserve the right to alter prices up or down.
Availability
All stock is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will advise you of the ‘due in’ date at the time of ordering if order is placed by web. If this date changes and is estimated to be due 14 days or later, we will inform you in writing.
Colour Reproduction
Every care has been taken to ensure that the product descriptions and specifications are correct. Due to the differences in computer monitor colour settings, a slight variation from the actual products can occur.
Washcare Instructions
Rapanui makes clothing that is both environmentally sound and easy to wash. Use a natural detergent on a cool 30°cycle. Hang out to dry.
Sizing
Rapanui Clothing products are designed to be ergonomic, functional and snug fitting. Using organic natural fabrics allows a degree of elasticity, but please check the size guide carefully. If you are not sure, contact us. Exchanging goods for a different size is never a problem, providing they are sent back in the condition they were sent out in.

Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 days.
- If your whole order has not been selected for despatch in our warehouse, we'll be happy to cancel it and refund you in full, immediately.
- If your order is in despatch or has already been despatched, you have the right to cancel the contract, in writing (including email to sales@rapanuiclothing.com) , within 7 working days from the day after you receive the order.
- Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund you in full within 10 working days (please allow up to 30 days for us to process the transaction). This cancellations policy complies with Sections 9 to 14 of the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If, for whatever reason you need to return any items please take the following steps.
- Fill out the Returns section on the tear off part of your Delivery Note indicating whether a refund, exchange or replacement is required. Please follow the procedure on the Delivery Note. We ask that you to return items within 14 days of receipt if possible.
- Rapanui Clothing does not operate a free returns service. Please package the item securely and remember to add the appropriate postage.
- All returns should be sent back via Royal Mail to the following address:

- Rapanui Clothing will not be held liable for the loss of any returned items/parcels. We recommend that you obtain Proof of Posting and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by the Post Office.
- On receipt of your goods, our Returns Team will inspect them and a refund or replacement will be processed as requested. If you've requested exchange items, no further postage will be charged on your exchanged goods.
- If you paid by credit card, debit card or cheque any refund will be provided by cheque payment. We will refund you in the form of a cheque within 10 working days of receipt of your returned goods.
- If you exchange your original order for a more expensive item, please include the price difference in the form of a cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Rapanui Clothing
- If you exchange your original order for a less expensive item, we will refund you in the form of a cheque within 10 working days of receipt of your returned goods.
- Goods bought through one of our channel partners’ retail outlets should be returned to the retail outlet where their own returns policy will apply.

Rapanui Clothing observes the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1998. We also comply fully with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
