The RSPCA are one of the most prestigeous charities in the world. Whilst the RSPCA has stuck to its core work it’s had the opportunity to branch out a bit - this has included setting up and running the RSPCA Good Business Awards.
We won the Innovation in Fashion category there recently....
The annual RSPCA Good Business Awards recognise the achievements of businesses working towards environmental and social innovation. It’s great to have been recognised for our work towards sustainability.
Organic cotton farming improves biodiversity and due to the low chemical input the waste streams can be put to use: Seeds removed from the cotton at the ginning plant go to feed local cows on an organic diet, for example. Our t-shirts, inks and dyes are not tested on animals or derived from animal products and are GM free. And best of all, the traceability integrated within our products and store allow customers to access all the information they need to make an informed, ethical choice.
For this, and in recognition of our wider efforts to contribute to sustainability, we won the Fashion Innovation award at the last RSPCA Awards and to celebrate we thought we’d do a limited edition print...
Think vintage Flight of the Conchords, Superbad, Rapanui mashup. It’s called The Wolfpack. We’ve taken an iconic photo of a grey wolf and printed on our softest certified organic cotton t-shirts, tops and sweater to make a mini collection of totally on-trend products.
